I stayed there for five days and really enjoyed the spacious room, the rich breakfast (the homemade muesli was delicious), the friendly staff and the relaxing pool/sauna. The hotel is located in Novacella at 5-minute walking distance from the beautiful Novacella Abbey, but it's quite far from the centre of Brixen (30 minutes walking, 5 minutes by car). However, it offers free car parking, which is a plus. The beds aren't very comfortable and the pillows too thin and soft, and some of the furniture in our room was a bit outdated. Had dinner at the hotel's restaurant one night and the food was good, though nothing out of this world.

A friend and I stayed at Hotel Restaurant Pacher in the summer of 2020 and had a great time. This past winter, I returned with my parents to experience the Huber family's hospitality again. Even with our lofty expectations, we weren't disappointed. The food, service, rooms, facilities, and surrounding sights and activities all helped deliver a wonderful Christmas vacation. Thank you for the wonderful time, Huber family and Pacher team!

I had dinner there with my colleagues and some of the staff members seemed a bit annoyed by us. The food was OK and the service was also OK, however the prices were somewhat high & I expected more.
